    • Before a Bank PO completes his/her probationary period of 2 years, they will have to train from clerical jobs to finance, investment, scrolling, account preparation and public relations.
    • After the probationary period, the PO will be posted as the Assistant Manager of a branch, where they will handle the branch’s daily routine of passing cheques, issuing drafts, managing cash flow, issuing ATMs, etc.
    • They will also be given additional responsibilities of managing loans, mortgages and financing.
    • As a Public Relations Officer, a PO must handle customer complaints such as errors in cheques, accounts to discrepancies in the bank’s services provided to the customers.
    • As and when the PO gains more knowledge about administering their duties, he/she will be given the authority to create the bank’s budgets, marketing, loan processing, managing the branch’s investments, etc.
    • In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, a PO is also expected to take on a supervisory role and manage the clerical staff.

    Physical Qualification

    Those who are going to apply for the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Category-1) must possess the below-mentioned physical qualifications:

    • For men: Height should not be less than 165 cms and chest should not be less than 86 cms.
    • For Women: Height should not be less that 155 cms.
